Kære alle

Regeringen fået opbakning fra Folketingets Epidemiudvalg til at forlænge en række tiltag i håndteringen af COVID-19-smitten i samfundet. På uddannelsesområdet betyder det, at krav om coronapas og mundbind eller visir forlænges på uddannelsesinstitutionerne til d. 31. januar. 

Fortsat coronapas og mundbind på campus

Det betyder, at studerende, medarbejdere og besøgende fortsat skal kunne fremvise et gyldigt coronapas/ negativ test, for at kunne møde fysisk op på Det Kongelige Akademi.  Med manglende coronapas / test kan corona-vagter bortvise dig fra campus. Og alle skal fortsat bære mundbind eller visir ved færden på indendørs fællesarealer, men ikke i forbindelse med undervisning og under eksamen.

Undervisning gennemføres, medarbejdere arbejder hjemmefra hvor muligt

Det Kongelige Akademi må gennemføre undervisning og forskning med fysisk fremmøde. Men da vi stadig oplever væsentlig smitte blandt studerende, anbefaler Task force, at store hold enten opdeles eller overgår til digital undervisning, ligesom medarbejdere arbejder hjemmefra i den udstrækning, det er muligt og at møder afholdes digitalt.

Afholdelse af eksamener 

Eksamener gennemføres fortsat som planlagt. Det betyder, at mundtlige eksaminer afvikles med fysisk tilstedeværelse, dog uden gæster eller andre tilhørere. Kun eksaminator(er), censor og eksaminand må være fysisk til stede til eksamen. Vi opfordrer til, at der oprettes zoom-link, hvor medstuderende m.fl. kan følge eksaminationen, hvis den studerende tillader det.

Hvis du er i karantæne eller syg, og derfor ikke kan møde fysisk frem på Holmen, men føler dig rask nok til at gennemføre eksamen, vil du have mulighed for at vælge at gennemføre eksamen digitalt i stedet for at skulle afvente en sygeeksamen. Der er ingen deadline for at overgå til digital eksamen på zoom, men det skal ske i dialog med Studieadministrationen, som kan kontaktes her: eksamen@kglakademi.dk

Husk, at du skal bruge coronapas/negativ test og mundbind, når du færdes indendørs på campus, men kan tage mundbindet af under eksamen.

Dispensation for fremmøde på campus uden coronapas 

Dispensation for fremmøde på campus uden coronapas kan tildeles ved dokumentation af positiv PCR-test på corona@kglakademi.dk efter nedenstående retningslinjer: 

• Corona smitte uden symptomer, kræver 7 dages isolation fra positiv PCR-test før fremmøde
• Corona smitte med symptomer, kræver at være symptomfri i 48 timer før fremmøde

Dispensation fra Task force skal kunne fremvises til corona-vagter.

Vi opfordrer alle til at være meget opmærksomme på Sundhedsstyrelsens seks anbefalinger:

1. Bliv vaccineret
2. Bliv hjemme og bliv testet, hvis du får symptomer
3. Hold afstand
4. Luft ud og skab gennemtræk
5. Vask dine hænder tit eller brug håndsprit
6. Gør rent, særligt overflader som mange rører ved

Dear everyone

The government has received support from the Folketing's Epidemic Committee to extend a number of initiatives in the management of COVID-19 infection in society. In the field of education, this means that requirements for coronapas and face masks or visors at educational institutions are extended to January 31st.

Continued corona passport and face masks on campus

This means that students, staff and visitors must still be able to present a valid corona passport / negative test in order to physically attend the Royal Danish Academy. With a lack of corona passport / tests, corona guards can expel you from campus. And everyone must continue to wear a face mask or visor when on indoor common areas, but not in connection with teaching and during exams.

Teaching is upheld, employees work from home where possible

The Royal Academy still upheld teaching and research with physical attendance. However, as we still experience significant contagion among students, the Task Force recommends that large teams be either divided or transferred to digital teaching, just as employees work from home to the extent possible and that meetings are held digitally.

Conducting exams

Exams continue to be conducted as planned. This means that oral exams are conducted with a physical presence, but without guests or other listeners. Only the examiner (s), external examiner and examinee may be physically present for the examination. We encourage that the examination is transmitted via zoom so fellow students and others can follow, if the student allows it.

If you are quarantined or ill, and therefore cannot physically show up at Holmen, but feel healthy enough to complete the exam, you will have the opportunity to choose to complete the exam digitally instead of having to wait for a re-exam. There is no deadline for transfer to the digital exam on zoom, but it must be done in dialogue with the Study Administration, which can be contacted here: exam@kglakademi.dk

Remember that you must use corona pass / negative test and face mask when you are indoors on campus, but can take the face mask off during the exam.

Dispensation for attendance on campus without coronapas

Dispensation for attendance on campus without coronapas can be granted by documenting a positive PCR test at corona@kglakademi.dk according to the following guidelines:

• Corona infection without symptoms, requires 7 days isolation from positive PCR test before attendance
• Corona infection with symptoms, requires to be symptom-free for 48 hours before attendance

The dispensation from Task force must be presented to the corona guards.

We encourage everyone to pay close attention to the Danish Health and Medicines Authority's six recommendations:

1. Get vaccinated
2. Stay at home and get tested if you experience symptoms
3. Keep your distance
4. Open windows and doors and ventilate your home regularly
5. Wash hands frequently or use hand sanitizer
6. Clean thoroughly and regularly, especially surfaces that are touched by many people
